Michael Steele

Michael Steele, 77, of 3550 Tree Line Drive, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Piedmont Medical Center. A native of England, Mr. Steele was born June 24, 1932 a son of the late Roland and Evelyn Steele. He was an electronics engineer and a veteran of the Royal Air Force in England. Surviving are his wife Valentina McMahon Steele; three children Paul Steele of Florida, Stephanie Ackerman of New York and Peter Steele of New York; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services for the family will be private. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be made to Hospice and Community Care, PO Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
