Mildred H. Gardner

Ms. Mildred H. Gardner, 87, passed away Friday, March 18, 2011 at White Oak Manor - Rock Hill. A native of York County, Ms. Gardner was a daughter of the late James and Mary Gardner. Born on April 7, 1923 she worked as a payroll clerk for Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Company for many years, and was a devoted member of Adnah United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. Surviving is her niece Patricia LeRoux and her husband Lash of Rock Hill. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Ms. Gardner will be held Sunday, March 20 at 2:00 in the Adnah United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Lee Dye officiating. Memorials in honor of Ms. Gardner may be made to Hospice and Community Care, PO Box 993, Rock Hill, SC 29731.
