Nancy T. Kimbrell, 88, rejoined her loved ones on July 31, 2022 at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. She was born on February 17, 1934 to Pearman J. Tucker and Mary Aliene Tucker in Tampa, Florida. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents by her two sisters Shirley Mae Lilly and Mary Ann Chrisman. Her husband of fifty- eight years, Martin H Kimbrell Jr and her two children Deborah K. Miller and Michael Keith Kimbrell. As well as the many rescue cats that she loved dearly and adopted throughout the years.
Mrs. Kimbrell worked and retired from the former Celanese Rock Hill plant after thirty-six years of faithful employment. She loved spending time with her family and never met a stranger.
She leaves behind her youngest sister, Elizabeth Kisner (Iowa).A son in law, Walter Miller (Rock Hill), three granddaughters , Shannon Franey (Chris), Mikayla Kimbrell, and Madison Kimbrell. Three great grandsons, Houston Franey, Noah Franey, and Aydon Franey. Her great nephew Chris Sims (Julia ) that helped keep a watchful eye over her as well as other numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening 6pm-7:30pm at Bass Cauthen and again at 10:00am-11:00am Thursday before the service.
The service will be Thursday at 11:00am at Bass Cauthen with Pastor Scott Carroll officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank Mrs. Kimbrell’s medical team for their devoted care and support.
