Patricia Lynn Drap, "Patty", 73, of Boyne City, MI passed away peacefully after battling brain cancer Friday, June 12, 2020 at her daughters home surrounded by her loving family at her side.

She was born on September 3, 1946 in Petoskey, MI daughter of the late Richard and Irene Brannon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Drap and brother, Stephen Brannon.

Patty is survived by her children Monty (Vicki) Wilhelm, Amy (Rob) Crosby, her grand children Alexis, Emily, Nicolas, Corben, and Natalie. Along with her late husbands children Dave (Renee) Drap, Bob Drap, and his grand children Ryan, Brandon, Allisa, Ella and Sylvia. As well as her siblings, Kathy Mitorji, Richard (Debbie) Brannon, Chris (Marlene) Brannon, and Dave (Sharon) Brannon. And her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Alicia, David, and Steven.

She resided on the outskirts of Flint where she met and married her best friend Robert Drap in 1986. After "first" retirement they returned to Patty's hometown. She loved Boyne City and all that came with. Her life long friendships, the beach, the mountain, gardening, and collecting Petoskey Stones. They spent many years together and enjoyed entertaining family and traveling to the warmer states in the winter. She lost him in early 2019, and missed him dearly.

She will forever be remembered as a loving and devoting wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

A Celebration of life service will be held by the family, for both Patty and Bob, on July 19, 2020 at the Boyne Mountain Beach House from 4pm-6pm.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all of her family and friends for their unwavering compassion. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
