Patricia Ann (Cahill) Frye

Patricia Ann Cahill Frye, passed away on October 9th, 2024. Patricia was born on August 16, 1949, in Saltville, Virginia to E. H. "Kay" Cahill and Dorothy Hammonds Cahill. She was a devout Christian her entire life and mentored numerous friends and family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sisters, Brenda Kay and Linda Fay, and brother Samuel.

Patricia is survived by her son, Donald D. Frye, Jr. "DJ", daughter-in-law Emily of Clover, South Carolina, and her daughter, Holly Marie Logan and son-in-law Josh of Tega Cay, South Carolina; four grandchildren, Tyler Logan, Brynn Logan, Andrew Frye and Thomas Frye. There are also many, many friends and extended family left to honor Patricia's memory.

Patricia retired after 26 years of working with the Washington County Virginia Schoolboard Central Office, where she had many friends and a memory wall of pictures of all her student visitors. After retirement, Patricia moved to Fort Mill, South Carolina, where as "Mema" she spent as much time as possible spoiling and loving on her grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank our special friends and the staff with VIA Hospice Healthcare and everyone who provided prayers, love, and support during this challenging time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
