Patrick Michael Pellegrino, Jr

Patrick Michael Pellegrino, 50, of 3374 Broach Drive, Catawba, SC, passed away on Saturday June 24, 2023.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late Patrick Pellegrino and Eloise “Lee” (Troisi) Pellegrino. He was a resident of Catawba South Carolina for the past 4 years and previously resided in Middle Village, New York.

He attended Archbishop Malloy High School and was a graduate of Forest Hills High School in Queens, NY. He then attended Ohio Auto and Diesel Technical Institute and went on to become a certified Automotive Mechanic.

During his military career, which included active duty in the Afghanistan and Iraq, he served with the U.S. Navy (Sea Bees) and went on to serve with the U.S. Army. He received a Purple Heart during his time in service.

He was last employed by the Department of Sanitation in New York City.

He was an avid car enthusiast and collector, restored many vehicles for himself and friends, loved working with his hands and on construction projects, a talented artist who drew pictures and designed tattoos, a musician who played both guitar and bass, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Patrick was friend to all and enjoyed helping someone in need.

In addition to his mother, Eloise, he is survived by his brother Paul and his wife Annie, his sister Elise and her husband John “JP”, and a niece Angela “Ela”.
