Patsy Brazzel Foy

Rock Hill - Mrs. Patsy Brazzel Foy, 53, died Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at The Shield, 2499 Fire Tower Road, Rock Hill with Rev. Larry Soles officiating. Burial will be Armenia Methodist Church Cemetery, Chester, SC.

A native of Columbia, SC Mrs. Foy was a daughter of the late Howard and Ruby Carter Wilson Brazell. Surviving are her son, Jason Scott Brazzel (Juanita); a daughter, Amber Brazzel; a brother, Edward "Bucky" Brazell; three sisters, Linda Thomason (Russel), Shirley McWaters, Becky Ann Martin (Mike); three grandchildren, Logan Brazzel, Emma Ingram, and Austin Ingram. She was preceded in death by a sister, Naomi Morris.

The family will receive friends 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Whitesell Funeral Home and other times at the home of Linda Thomason, 4684 East Rambo Road, Rock Hill.
