Paul John Johnson

Retired NYPD Emergency Service Unit Police Officer Paul Johnson passed away on July 22, 2018, after a courageous battle from a 9/11-related illness stemming from his official deployment to Ground Zero assignment with the rescue and recovery effort following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.

He is survived by his wife, Alexandria; his brother, Raymond; his children, Sherianne, Christy, Frankie, Andrew, Jamie, Tiffany, Breanna, Jacob and Samantha; and his 19 grandchildren. He was our hero and will never be forgotten.

Funeral arrangements will be held at Palmetto Funeral Home on Friday, July 27 between 11:00am - 1:00pm and again at 5:00pm - 8:00pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 28 at 10:00am.
