Phillip Edward Barber, 68, of Gastonia passed away Friday June 11, 2010. Phillip was survived by his wife Martha, sons Preston Barber of Clover, Wesley Barber of Gastonia and daughter Buffy Plummer of Gastonia, granddaughter Abbi Kuykendall, grandson Joshua Plummer, brother Rodney and wife Barbara Barber of Gastonia. He was preceded in death by parents Marion and Mary Fisher Barber and brothers Tim Braswell and Gerald Barber. Graveside service and interment will be Tuesday June 15, 2010 at 2:00pm at Gaston Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Phillip Barber Family c/o Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home, 700 Heckle Blvd. Rock Hill,SC 29730.
