Radford Wayne Willis

Mr. Radford Wayne Willis, 64, of Fort Mill, SC, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013 at his residence. Wayne was born in Morehead City, NC on February 18, 1949 to Jacqueline Gardner Willis and the late Ross Willis. He served in the US Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran serving with the riverboat patrol forces. Professionally, he was a Certified Public Accountant, tax auditor and teacher. Wayne is survived by his wife; Teena Hahn Willis; sons; Andrew Willis and Travis Hahn and wife Kelly; grandchildren; Kerry Willis, Steven Willis and wife Jenna, Chris Willis and wife Tiffany, Matthew Willis, and Madeline, Kaylee, and Savannah Hahn; and great-grandchildren Devlin and Elleigh Willis. Also his mother Jacqueline, and siblings, Pete Willis, Richard Willis, Reggie Willis, Diane Rowe, Debra Riggs and David Willis. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister Susan Willis. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, September 3, 2013 with the family receiving friends following the service at the Palmetto Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Mill, SC with Rev. Bob Lang officiating followed with military honors by the US Navy. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 1901 Brunswick Ave., Charlotte, NC 28207.
