Rebecca “Becky” Lindler Cannon, 62, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on December 28th, 2024 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.
Born September 26, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Carrol “Mack” Lindler and Alice Oltman Baker.
She is survived by her sons, Josh (Emily) of Rock Hill, SC and Will (Kimberly) of McConnells, SC, a brother Jimmy (Ardie) Lindler of Charlotte, NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Becky was the proud “Nana” to four grandchildren - Joshua, Channing, Alex and Case Cannon of Rock Hill, SC and four grand puppies - Sadie, Colt, Reign and Skylar of McConnells, SC.
She also loved her special puppy, Rocky who is now being raised by the best family he could ask for. Thank you to Gwen and Anthony Teague and the entire Dudley family for providing Rocky the best life.
Mrs. Cannon was a lifelong resident of the Rock Hill area and retired from York Technical College.
She was a family woman who was forever devoted to her husband, sons, daughter-in-laws, grandchildren and grand puppies.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Jonathan “Sport” Cannon.
The Cannon family invites all friends and family to join them in a graveside memorial service on Tuesday, January 14th at 2:00 p.m. at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens.
