Rebecca B. Nunn

Rebecca Bullock Nunn, 63, of 1758 Red Cedar Ln., died March 25, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Nunn was born in Greenville, SC to the late C.T. and Mayna Bullock. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Becky lived in Charlotte, NC for 26 years before moving to Florida and then to Rock Hill. During her life, she worked in insurance and real estate business; however her favorite line of work was teaching the dance she loved, the Shag. Becky loved the beach and beach music. During her lifetime she was a member of the Charlotte, Rock Hill, York and O.D. P.S.S. Shag Clubs. She was inducted into the Charlotte Area Shaggers Hall of Fame in Nov. 2009. Becky was a beautiful person who devoted her life to loving her family and God. Becky was preceded in death by her step-son Jason Nunn. Mrs. Nunn is survived by her husband Albert (Buddy) Nunn, daughters Melissa Ross Taylor and husband Jeff of Charlotte and Patricia Ross Brett and husband Charles of Dallas, TX, step-daughter Michelle Nunn of Rock Hill, Sister Gloria Clark of Greenville, SC and ten grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service will be Monday March 29, 2010 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Black officiating. Visitation will be Sunday March 28, 2010 from 2:00-4:00pm at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Agape Hospice, 1317 Ebenezer Rd.
