Mr. Richard Eugene Stockman, 67 of Tega Cay, SC passed away Sunday November 21, 2010 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill, SC. Born in Titusville, PA Mr. Stockman was a son of the late Donald Stockman and Patricia Ordway Stockman. He was a Consultant with the US Government in the Energy Dept.
Funeral services will be private.
