Ricky Alan Montgomery, 50, of 3006 Blue Wing Ct., passed away Monday, December 27, 2010 at The Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House. A native of Atlanta, GA. Mr. Montgomery was born March 10, 1960 a son of the late James Harold and Geraldine Edwina Stiles Montgomery. He was employed full-time with The S.C. Army National Guard in Rock Hill. Surviving are his wife Beverly Abbott Montgomery; a son Cody Montgomery of the home; a step-brother Lynwood Montgomery of GA; a step-mother Dorothy Montgomery of GA; and two nieces of GA. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Montgomery will be held Thursday at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home with Reverend Tony McDermott officiating. Interment will follow at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens with full military honors. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until the hour of service on Thursday.
