Robert Lee Price Jr.

Robert Lee Price, Jr., 59, of 320 Patton Drive Unit 3, passed away, Thursday, July 14, 2010 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Garland, NC, Mr. Price was born July 21, 1950 a son of Ruth Price Johansson of Rock Hill and the late Robert Lee Price, Sr. He was a commercial tire salesman, a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Charlotte and served in the US Army Reserve. Surviving with his mother are his wife Martha Melton Price; three sons Robert Lee Price, III, Christopher Price and David Price all of Charlotte; a stepdaughter Robin Powell of Rock Hill; a stepson Dennis Powell of Charlotte; a brother James Price of Charlotte; two sisters Sandra Richard of Clover and Diane Houser of Terry, MS; also three grandchildren. A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Price will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bass-Cauthen Home with Reverend Jamie Burdette officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until the hour of service on Sunday. In lieu flowers, memorials may be made to The National Kidney Foundation, 4819 Park Road Charlotte, NC 28209-3274
