Roger Edward Myers

Roger Edward Myers, 81, of Rock Hill, SC passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Born in Elkins, W.VA, Mr. Myers was the son of the late Leo and Nettie Myers. He worked many years at Rock Hill Printing and Finishing and Duke Power. He was a life member of York Masonic Lodge 385. Mr. Myers was a member of Mount Holly United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Don Myers. He is survived by his 4 sons, Darrell Myers (Paula) of Rock Hill, SC, Jeff Myers (Annette) of Clover, SC, Rusty Myers (Patti) of Rock Hill, SC, and Allen Myers of Fountain Hill, PA; a sister-in-law, Shirley Myers of Elkins, W.VA.; 8 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mr. Myers will be held 4pm Thursday, February 27, 2014 in Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home and other times at the home of Darrell Myers, 184 Lone Oak Cir. Rock Hill, SC 29732.
