Rose Gallo

Rose Gallo, age 70, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday January 5th. Born in Brooklyn, NY she lived in NJ for almost 40 years before moving to Fort Mill, SC in July 2015. Rose is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 49 years Ronald, a son Anthony and his wife Laura, a daughter Lisa and her husband Fred, and a brother August and his wife Linda. She was the cherished grandmother of Michael, Thomas and Matthew Gallo. She is also survived by loving extended family and many friends.

Rose was a purchasing manager and then a catering manager with the Saddle Brook Marriott Hotel for almost 20 years. She loved to travel, go out shopping, and talk about the grandkids. She made friends everywhere she went.

The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday January 7, 2016, from 2-4pm at Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive, Fort Mill, SC

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rose to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated.
