Roxanne Platt Orvin

Roxanne Platt Orvin received her eternal reward at the age of 69 on October 20, 2015. She had the most generous loving spirit always putting others before herself. She recently joined Covenant Baptist Church in Lancaster, SC after retiring and moving from Mt Pleasant SC to be with her daughters And granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. TJ Platt and sisters Jackie and Joyce. She is survived by her daughters Rebecca Katonica and husband Andrew, Jennifer Czaplinski and husband Bill; Granddaughter Eliza Joy Czaplinski; sister Linda Shuler and husband Ken, Clarice Lamb and husband Russell; 7 nieces and nephews and hundreds of friends. A visitation will be held at 1pm Friday, October 23rd at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home Rock Hill SC. Service will begin in the Chapel at 2pm. Interment will follow the service at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens.
