"Roy" Herman Leroy Dunn

ROCK HILL- Herman Leroy "Roy" Dunn, 79, of 1709 George Dunn Rd., died Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at C.M. Tucker Nursing Care in Columbia.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Whitesell Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Broughton officiating.

Burial will be in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born in Rock Hill, Roy is the son of the late George and Margaret Quine Dunn. He was retired from the Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Co after 53 years and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was also a member of Providence Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy White Dunn; a daughter, Wendy Dunn Carter and husband Mike; a brother, Jack Dunn; and a grandson, Paul Carter.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before service.
