Ruth Foltz-Mather, 89, of Fort Mill, SC passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013. Born in Decorah, Iowa, the daughter of the late Jennie Holquist and Fred Foltz. She worked as a stockbroker assistant for an investment firm. Ruth is survived by her nephew Michael Foltz of Knoxville, Tennessee. Services will be private.
