Ryan Jacob Scott

Rock Hill - Ryan Jacob Scott, 20, dearly loved son, brother, and friend, received his wings on April 1, 2015.

He is now able to join the Guardian Angels who watched over him so carefully throughout his life including his parents, Vicki and Rudy Scott; his nephew, Stephen Douglas Schram, Jr.; his grandparents, Florence and Donald Wayne Snyder; Grandpa Pete Schram, Raymond Hall, Rosemarie Keller, and Mabel Cowan. Ryan was blessed to spend his life surrounded by family and friends who loved him including his sister, best friend, and "mom", Tammy Schram; brother-in-law, Stephen Schram; his niece, Mackenzie; his nephew, Joseph; Aunt Dona & Jim Green; Uncle Steve & Sherian Snyder; Aunt Shirley and Mick Korunka; Grandmothers, Ellen Snyder, Barbara Dauer and Beverly Schram. Jeff and Lisa Beck, Roger Dively, Myra Hargrove, his teacher, Missy Nix Pusey, and many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

Ryan attended South Pointe High School (Rock Hill, SC) where his bright smile and laugh made him a favorite with teachers and students. Ryan's family would like to extend their most sincere thanks to the many caregivers, teachers, nurses, and therapists who have loved and cared for Ryan-especially the staff at Magnolia Manor. The kind words and prayers of family and friends have eased the pain of this loss and are greatly appreciated.

Memorials to honor Ryan's memory will be held in Rock Hill and Illinois.
