Stephen Arthur Bisogne

August 12, 1957 — September 2, 2017

Stephen Bisogne age 60 passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 due to unexpected health issues. Born in Washington, DC son of the late Arthur Bisogne and Selma Cook. Husband of Shirley Bisogne and father of Stephanie Bisogne. He loved their two puppies Sassy and Gus very much. Stephen was a freight handler and avid Teamster at YRC Freight in Charlotte, NC. He questioned everything and had an abundant thirst for knowledge. Stephen was a man of many words and opinions, but his ability to grow and learn brought him the utmost joy and happiness. He saw and appreciated the beauty in every new day and found the silver lining in every rain cloud. He had an open mind and a strong belief in the good in everyone. He was and still is a best friend, a husband, a father, a brother, a son, and an uncle. We will miss his talent for analyzing everything and his gift of great conversation. He was a great man full of joy and happiness and an overwhelming love for life.

Survivors include his wife Shirley and daughter Stephanie; his mother Selma; his three sisters Lisa, Marie and Tammy; his brother Larry.

In lieu of flowers we ask that memorials be sent to American Lung Association (lung.org) or St. Jude Children's Hospital (stjude.org).
