Steve Waters

Rock Hill - Stephen Shawn Waters, 29, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Carolinas Medical Center.

Stephen was a son of Joey Waters of Charlotte and Darlene McKenna Waters of Illinois. He is the grandson of Harry McKenna of Charleston.

In addition to his parents and grandfather, Stephen is survived by his wife, Lauren Spelts Waters of Rock Hill; three sisters, Sharlene Berer of Arizona; Teresa Price of Concord, and Stephanie Heatherly of Charleston; and close friends of the band Sun-Dried Vibes whom he worked with.

Services for Stephen will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to be made to Keystone Substance Abuse Services, 195 S. Herlong Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
