Mrs. Tamera Annette Thompson Butler, of 1129 Ebinport Road, Rock Hill, SC passed away Monday December 7,2009 at CMC, Charlotte, NC. Born in Concord, NC. Mrs. Butler was the daughter of Ms. Phyllis Ann Wilson and the late Bobby Arthur Thompson. A celebration of life for Mrs. Tamera Annette Thompson Butler will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, December 12, 2009 in the Bass Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in The Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday in Bass Funeral Home. Mrs. Thompson was an employee at Rutland Plastics Technology as a Customer Service Representative. She was also a member of Mt. Holly United Methodist Church. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her mother Phylis Wilson of Rock Hill, her husband, Buster Butler of Rock Hill, a daughter, Robin Christine Thompson and her companion David Long of Rock Hill, one son, Carl Butler and his wife Nina of Rock Hill, four sisters, Angela Kim Liles of Rock Hill, Trina Helene Spry of Kannopolis, NC Paula Yvette Hobbs of Stony Point, NC, and Tara Sha Medlin or Piedmont, SC, four grandchildren, Logan Dominique Thompson, River Kolby Thompson, Jayde Skylr Reid Long and Jasmine Rayne Butler. Step sister, Angela Clontz of Concord, NC, and best friend, Karen Scruggs or Rock Hill, SC. Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Arthur Thomson, Grandmother, Helen Lois Medlin(Granny), Sons Timothy Rhadford Williams and Lance Corporal Kenneth James Butler. The Family has entrusted Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home with the care of Mrs. Tamera Annette Thompson Butler.
