ROCK HILL - Tammy Townsend Irizarry, 50, of 316 A. Hutchison St., went to be with the Lord Friday, February 28, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Memorial services will be 6:00 PM Tuesday, at the Trinity Nazarene Church, Firetower Road. The family will receive friends from 5-6 PM Tuesday at the church. And other times at the home of Andy and Janet Townsend, 2037 Dearborn Dr., Rock Hill.

Born in Rock Hill, Tammy is the daughter of Rosemary McIntyer Townsend and the late George Broderick Townsend Sr.. She enjoyed the holidays and always loved to be with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Zeke Ellis; her daughter, Erin Irizarry; two step-daughters, Zoe Irizarry and Cara Irizarry; a brother, Andy Townsend; along with several Nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a brother, George Townsend Jr..
