It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Johnson, a beloved son, cousin, and friend, who departed this world far too soon at the age of 15. Thomas passed away on Monday, September 25th, leaving a void in our lives that can never be filled.
Tommy was born on April 15th, 2008. From the very beginning, he brought joy and warmth to the lives of those around him. His infectious smile, goofy antics, and eagerness to help others endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Through this process, we have seen just how many lives Tommy has touched. Tommy attended Indian Land High School where he was a member of the Army Junior ROTC. Only reaching 10th grade, his potential was just beginning.
In his free time, Tommy enjoyed playing video games and watching anime with Noah and Tracer. He also thoroughly loved sharing a meal with his family.
Tommy’s memory will forever be cherished by his loving family, especially his mom, Lindsey Rae Trembley, his step-father, Tracer Black, and his cousin, Noah Adams. Tommy’s memory will also be survived by his cousins Chelc, Logan, Casey, Jason, Elishia, Brandon, and Corey. He will also be fondly remembered by his extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched during his beautiful life.
A viewing and memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 1 at Palmetto Funeral Home in Fort Mill, SC.
Tommy’s legacy of kindness, love, and curiosity will live on in the hearts and memories of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will forever be our bright star, shining down on us from the heavens above.
Rest in eternal peace, our dearest Tommy. You will be dearly missed, and your spirit will forever inspire and guide us.
"Those we love don't go away; they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed, and very dear."
