Thomas J. Madden

Mr. Thomas John Madden 72, of Fort Mill, SC passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 at Piedmont Medical Center. Born in Marlboro, MA, he was the son of the late Robert and Rita (Peters) Madden. He worked many years in Public Relations and Marketing in the computer industry and was thoroughly enjoying retirement in the warmer climate with his wife, Kathy. Tom enjoyed following the escapades of his grandchildren and could often be found at the football field or rugby pitch proclaiming, "that's why we moved down here." Tom possessed a quick Irish wit and accumulated friends wherever he went. Ever the conspiracy theorist, he enjoyed debating evidence of UFO's and would readily school listeners on who really shot JFK.

He is survived and will be dearly missed by his wife Kathy, his daughter Lisa Madden-Reed and son in law Jimmy Reed and his two grandchildren Jake and Trey Reed of Fort Mill, SC.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
