He spoke of his coaching career saying "Some people go into coaching (football) with aspirations of one day being a Head Coach. Others go into coaching just to coach and work with young people. Im the latter. Ive never wanted the pressure of being a head coach -people always expecting to win-and working with young people is what I enjoy most in life."
