Tommy Franklin Harris

Rock Hill - Mr. Tommy Franklin Harris, 65, of 430 Hemlock Ave., died Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at his home.

The family will begin receiving friends at the home 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015.

A native of Gaston County, NC Mr. Harris was a son of the late Grady Amos Harris and Bessie Duane Medford Harris. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He enjoyed fishing, camping and long car rides.

Survived by his wife, Judy Ann Harris; two sons, Timmy Harris and Jadawin (Fatboy) Harris and his girlfriend, Stacy Chapman; three daughters, Gala Harris Kornegay and her husband, Greg, Tammy Johnson, and Teresa Pica; two brothers, Jim Harris and his wife Joyce, and Jerry Harris; two sisters, Mary (Sis) Armstrong and Peggy Harris; 7 grandchildren, Timmy Harris, Jr., Nathan Harris, Kayland Pica, T. J. Pica, Kayla Johnson, Nikki Fair, and Kirah Johnson; and 1 great-granddaughter, Miyah Orr. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Andy Harris and Snake Harris, a life long friend, Jimmy Mitchem.
