Tony Tinker

Rock Hill - Mrs. Tony Baker Tinker, 74, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 18, 2017, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Harvest Ministries Church of God of Prophecy with Revs. Gary Atkins and Ken Baker officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Cherry Road. The family will receive friends 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.

A native of York County, SC, Mrs. Tinker was a daughter of the late James Claude Baker and Estelle Shugart Baker. She was a member of Harvest Ministries Church of God of Prophecy. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Surviving are a son, Charles Harrison Tinker, Jr. (Barrie); a daughter, Karen Baxley (Chip); two brothers, Bob Baker and Ervin Baker; three sisters, Evelyn Deyton, Grace Neely, and Von Earle; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Tinker; her husband, Charles Harrison Tinker, Sr.; a sister, Isabelle Freeman; and four brothers, Jack Baker, JC Baker, Daniel Baker, and Bill Baker.
