Victoria Elizabeth (Miller) Howard

Rock Hill – Mrs. Victoria Elizabeth Miller Howard, 70, died Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Piedmont Medical Center.

A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Howard was a daughter of the late John Grady Miller and Esther Virginia Robbins Miller.  Vickey was a homemaker who loved and cherished her family and loved spending time with them.  She was of the Christian Faith and taught her family Christian principles.  Vickey also enjoyed watching Bill Gather’s T.V. programs.

Surviving are three sons, John Howard Jr. (Vertia), David Howard (Jen) and Billy Howard (Rebecca); two daughters, Nancy Mullis (James) and Debbie Howard; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 3:30 PM on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Catawba Ward Church Cemetery, 1989 Reservation Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
