Vidal Trujillo, 76, passed away on Saturday, July 29th 2022 at his home in York, SC where he resided with his daughter and her husband.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 6th, 1945, where he resided until joining the Marine Corps at the age of 20. He was ranked as Sergeant and
received three medals, being The National Defense Service Medal, The Vietnam Service Medal with three stars, and The Campaign Medal with
Device for his time served in Vietnam. He was also rewarded The Good Conduct medal for his consecutive years as a United States Marine.

Vidal enjoyed spending time with family, being outdoors, telling stories of his life and carried a passion for taking care of the roses during the Summertime.

Vidal was preceded in death by His Father Raul Trujillo, His Mother Consuelo Trujillo and His Brother Ricky Trujillo. Vidal is survived by his two children, Yolanda (Mike) Deal of York, SC and Vidal "Scott" (Toni) Kessler of Lagrange, Indiana and His grandchildren, Michael (Kenzie) Bonecutter, Shann Caulder, Asher "AJ" Deal, Elisha (Dusty)
Barr, Ashley Deal, Dustin Booker, Austin Booker, and Skylar Booker, as well as numerous great-grandchildren and His extended family.

Memorial Service will be on August 8, 2022 at 11:00 am at Temple Baptist Church.

Funeral Service will follow at the National Cemetery in Columbia at 2:00 pm.
