Vincent Joseph Santolla

Vincent Joseph Santolla, 23, died tragically Friday, December 18, 2009 in Charleston, SC A native of Fort Mill, Vince was born December 19, 1985, the son of Kenneth Santolla and Mary Ann Santolla Richardson, brother of Nicholas Santolla of Richmond, VA and Adriana Santolla of Fort Mill, South Carolina. He was a graduate of Fort Mill High School, a state qualifying wrestler earning third place as a senior and a member of the Marine Corps JROTC. While serving in the Marine Corps Reserves, Vince attended The Citadel to later enlist active duty in the United States Marine Corps (2004-2009). Vince was proceeded in death by his paternal grandfather and grandmother and his maternal grandmother, all from Pennsylvania. In addition, he is survived by his maternal grandfather, Al Suhy, Conway, Pennsylvania, close cousins Elisa, James, and Olivia Wadsworth, and many other cousins, aunts, and uncles. Vince was loved by many family and friends. A drop in from 3 - 5:30 with a memorial service at 5:30 will be held celebrate the life of Vince Santolla will be held Tuesday, December 22, in the chapel of Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive in Fort Mill.
