William (Bill) Thomas McGrath

William (Bill) Thomas McGrath, age 57 passed away after declining health. Bill was a true friend to many who enjoyed spending time with him. His compassion, humor, and service were experienced by everyone who interacted with him.

He leaves behind his mom, Mary Sue McGrath, and his son, Camron David McGrath, who was his best friend. Bill is predeceased by his dad, Kevin R. McGrath.

Bill grew up in Massachusetts and spent many happy years in East Bridgewater. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts and enjoyed playing drums in the University Minuteman marching band

Bill also enjoyed working in security while living in Massachusetts and later in the Auto Industry in South Carolina.

A Memorial Service will be held at Palmetto Funeral Home, 2049 Carolina Place Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708 on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00pm with Rev. Dr. Matthew A. Rich.
