William Claude "Bill" Lefler

William "Bill" Lefler, 67, of 2051 Delfin Ct., passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House. A native of France, Mr. Lefler was born July 15, 1943 a son of the late Woodrow and Susie Lefler. He was a retired superintendent from the City of Rock Hill after which he worked as a salesman for HD Supply; a US Air Force veteran and a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Janis Love Lefler. Surviving are his children Chris Lefler and his wife Casey; Billy Lefler, Jr. and his wife Renee, Kim Lefler and Dawn Lefler all of Rock Hill; four grandchildren Haley, Seth Wyatt and Cody Lefler; a sister-in-law Tammy Alexander and her husband Wayne.. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm Thursday at Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mr. Lefler will be held Friday at 11:00am at Grandview Memorial Park on S. Cherry Road with Father Joseph Wahl officiating followed by full Military Honors by the American Legion Frank Roach Post 34 Honor Guard.
