William "Bill" Thomas Simpson

William "Bill" T. Simpson 82, of Edgemoor, SC died on June 2, 2021.

He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Edgemoor, SC.

Bill served his country in the Army National Guard and retired from the SC National Guard with total of 37 years of service.

He finished out his working years with Wilkerson Fuel Co. in Rock Hill. He was employed with them for 37 years and retired at the age of 79 years old.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents James C. and Janie S. Simpson. Brothers Jim Simpson and Pat Simpson. Sisters Mary Nichols and Nancy Bailey.

He is survived by his brother Jerry Simpson and wife Judy of Edgemoor, SC. Sisters Gale Jerolmon and husband, Dave of Edgemoor, SC; Jennie Simpson of Fort Lawn, SC. Brother-in-law Wade Bailey of Edgemoor, SC. Sister-in-law Phyllis Simpson of Rock Hill, SC and numerous nieces and nephews.

A service will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 3pm at Harmony Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 2-3pm prior to the service at the Church. Burial will follow the service.
