He is predeceased by parents, Charles and Bernice Crutchley and sister, Naomi.

To mourn his loss, Winston leaves behind six sons: Raymond (Janelle), Rick (Whitney), Karl, Steve, Chris (Julie Ann), Chad (Shaelynne); only daughter, Blaire; and seven grandchildren. He is survived by older sisters, Cynthia (Cherrie) and Infanta (Blossom); younger brother, Reginald (Reggie); nieces; nephews; numerous family members; and friends.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, September 17th, 2018 at 11:00 AM at West Valley Church of the Nazarene, 7109 W Nob Hill Blvd, Yakima, WA 98908.

Interment will follow at a later date in birth country, Jamaica.
